RETURN POLICY
In our store, we always ensure that our products are of high quality and carefully inspected before shipping. If you do receive a defective product, don't worry, we have a very simple return process. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
What should you do when you receive a defective product?
If you are not satisfied with your recent purchase:
1. Contact your sales manager via instant messenger or email on the website within 3 days of receiving the product.
2. Provide photos or videos that clearly show product quality defects.
3. Once the product is confirmed to be defective (this confirmation process usually takes one day), a refund will be arranged to your original payment method account balance without returning the defective product.
If you are unable to provide photos or videos, or if the photos or videos provided do not demonstrate a quality defect, all items must be returned as is in order to be eligible for a refund or exchange. Return shipping is your responsibility. Return shipping charges will be refunded after we have received the returned item and confirmed the defect.
Can I return or cancel my order if it's not a quality issue?
1. Acceptance of cancellation before shipment. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.
2. If you initiate a return or exchange for reasons other than quality defects, you will be responsible for return shipping and re-shipping shipping.
3. Returns and exchanges are only accepted within 3 days of receipt of the item.
4. You will get a refund without returning the package if: the courier confirms that the package is missing or damaged; we send the wrong item or send the wrong size/printed item.
Can I return the item if it is worn, damaged or the label has been removed?
1. Please only return items in the same condition as when you received them - undamaged and unwashed, with the label and packaging still attached.
2. Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of items marked with a non-returnable logo or free items.
REFUND
1. We will process your refund within 7 working days after confirming with you. You can choose to have the refund go to your wonderxfans account or your original payment account (credit or debit cards may take an additional 3-7 business days to process). Thank you for your patience and understanding.
2. Shipping and insurance charges are non-refundable.
IMPORTANT REMINDER:
1. Please do not return items to the sender address on the package. This will delay your return process. You can only ship to the address provided by our sales manager.
2. Please make sure that your return package does not contain any non-wonderxfans items, otherwise we will not be responsible for sending them back to you.
